NHS 111 First project will be a key priority for NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group during 2021. For non urgent, non-emergency treatment the 111 service should be your first point of contact.
By directing people to 111 they’ll be able to reduce the number of non-emergency visits to A&E’s services.
A regional campaign is due to start in June/July.
