Parish Council meetings take place on the first Tuesday of each month and begin at 7.30pm. Meetings are usually held in the Committee Room of Offham Village Hall on Church Road. There is no meeting in August.
This is an opportunity to discuss village issues and planning matters.
Councillors remain concerned at the increase of Covid 19 cases. Even double vaccinated people can acquire symptomatic Covid as well as act as carriers. Many people, including Councillors and residents, remain vulnerable. Unfortunately Parish Councils are no longer permitted to meet online. It is important that meetings are accessible to members of public, and Councillors welcome your attendance, but sadly at the moment too many residents attending is a public health hazard.
The Parish Council therefore asks residents to notify the Clerk in advance if they would like to attend the meeting so that attendance can be limited to a safe number for the Committee Room to allow social distancing. Anyone attending will be asked to wear a face mask. If you have representations or comments you would like to be made then please could you submit these in writing (by email to the Clerk) rather than in person at the meeting.
The Parish Council appreciates your support and co-operation at this time.
A copy of the Agenda will be displayed on the village noticeboards and parish website 5 days before the date of the meeting.
Please contact the Clerk for more details email@example.com.
